Dr. Paul S. Carroll, DVM was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He went to school at OSU and graduated with honors. He has been serving the Dallas area for 24 yrs. He currently runs his own practice 6 days a week. He has a Golden named Charlie and a cute French Bulldog name Gidget.
